Our Work

SoulSister Wellness is a Community Interest Company which means our business exists to benefit the community rather than private shareholders. This means our work can be funded by a range of sources and we are so grateful to have been supported by our Local Authority and by the National Lottery Community fund on a range of projects.

Our current funding allows us to deliver programmes, workshops and 1-2-1 sessions across schools, sports clubs and community groups across Flintshire. We also offer talks and workshops to various retreat days in our community.

Following our successful 2022 programme ‘Look At Me Now’, part funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, the 10 participating girls went on to write a book to help other girls navigate through teenage difficulties. This book is now a best-selling book and we couldn’t be more proud.

 

We are not currently taking new applications for future ‘Look At Me Now’ programmes but watch this space for more updates.
