School Workshop Examples

All of our school workshops are 60 minute interactive sessions. Some examples of the type of workshops we run are shown below. 

Exam Preparation

Gives students an understanding of anxiety and how to reduce stress. Fuelling your body and mind well to boost energy and motivation levels. Goal setting and building confidence to face exams strongly and with fewer worries.

Confidence & Resilience

Gives students awareness of their own personal values and strengths. Interactive session to boost confidence and self esteem. Helps students think about how they look at themselves.

Healthy Choices
& Communication

Gives students an understanding of emotions and negative triggers. Looking at how to respond positively in difficult situations and help students look at, and think about how they communicate with others and the outcomes of their actions.

Nutrition

Gives students a stronger knowledge around how to fuel their body well to maximise energy, health and wellbeing. Understanding how food impacts mood to help students think about choices they make daily and what changes could be made. Looking at Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep and lifestyle choices.
